Home Village Organic Farm

In June 2020, we started with our own organic vegetable farm where we employ refugees and local Greeks to work together and care for the land and vegetables. Quickly it turned out, we need more space. So, we decided in February 2022 to move to a bigger area and named it Home Village.

There, we grow a huge variety of organic products, like mangold, tomatoes, cabbage or eggplant, without the use of any pesticides. The vegetables are harvested and then go directly to our kitchen to be used
in our daily food preparation. We also take care of animals like two ponies, geese, sheep, dogs and cats, chicken, goats, and a donkey.

We believe it is vital to help with basic needs such as food and to help improve the quality of life of the people we serve, in a way that has a lasting impact.

A leading mission in our work is to give dignity back to the people, and we believe the best way to do this is to create a space where they can build a new life for themselves. Our vision for creating employment opportunities is constantly evolving and grows bigger each day.

We are happy if you want to support us.
